Candidate are admitted to the
course subject to the University Rules as to eligibility
and grant of terms etc. |

Every candidate must attend the
classes regularly and complete his class work, tutorials
and seminars, assignments and periodic tests including
surprises tests as may be required from time to time. |

The fees prescribed for the course
must be paid at the time of admission. Failure to do so
shall result in cancellation of admission. |

4 |
Students desiring to participate
in the extra - curricular activities organized by the
"Management Students" have to pay charges fixed by the
authorities of the Institute. |

5 |
The aspirants of M. Com. admission
are instructed to go through the prospectus of the
Institute and syllabus prescribed by the University for
the said course. |

No candidate shall be considered
to have pursued the regular course of study unless he /
she is certified by the Principal to have attended at
least 80% of the lectures held and to have otherwise
pursued his/ her studies to the satisfaction of the
Principal. |

Students will be exposed to the
business executives and experts in the field, through
regular seminars and guest lectures, attendance for the
same is compulsory. |

A very high standard of
discipline, regularity and punctuality is expected of the
candidates. Failure of which will be viewed seriously in
judging their performance. |

The candidate from outside the
State of Maharashtra must submit the application for
eligibility along with original marks-list, Transference /
Migration Certificates and Xerox copies thereof and
prescribed fees directly to the Shivaji University,
Kolhapur for getting provisional eligibility and then seek
admission for the course. . |

Candidates coming from the
Universities within the State of Maharashtra should
produce original final degree mark-list, Transference
Certificate along with their application forms. |

11 |
Fees are not refundable on any
account expect the deposit amounts for Library and
Caution. Whenever admission of a student is to be
cancelled by him / her, the student intimate to the
Principal, in writing, with the written consent of his /
her guardian |

The amount of fees for University
Examination forms, Transference Certificates, Migration
Certificate, Original Mark-lists, Duplicate copies of
Mark-list, should be got confirmed from the Institute
before sending the amount. |

13 |
All admissions to the course are
strictly and purely provisional subject to the grant of
eligibility by the Shivaji University, Kolhapur. |
|
14 |
No candidate shall be allowed to
appear for the University Examination, unless he / she
satisfies the above terms and conditions. |
